What to expect

A shipping label can be created before the parcel receives its first live scan, so early tracking pages may look inactive for a short period.

Split shipments can generate more than one tracking number when an order is packed in separate groups.

Check again after the next business day if the parcel has only recently shipped.

If the status still has not moved after that window, gather the order number and tracking number before contacting support for escalation.
